Coaching and group facilitation for holistic growth.

Annika is an ADHD coach and former middle school teacher who thrives on building brave and compassionate spaces for young people to express their truest selves.

With a colorful background rooted in both Bangkok and San Francisco, Annika has always pursued diverse experiences, starting from her early days at the Nueva and Thacher schools, and eventually earning a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from McGill University in 2019.

After her academic pursuits, Annika embarked on an epic adventure as a Humanities teacher at the Millennium School in San Francisco, where she crafted and delivered dynamic project-based learning programs spanning the science of mindfulness to gardening for social justice. Having fallen in love with working with students one-on-one and in tight-knit groups, she now coaches young people seeking executive-function support and compassionate mentorship.

Argonaut Facilitation

Annika partners with Argonaut, founded by education leader Chris Balme, to offer an online advisory program for middle schoolers around the world.

Registration is open year-round.

ADHD and Executive Function Coaching

Annika is a trained JST coach, specializing in coaching neurodiverse youth to help them achieve their goals, increase self-esteem, and expand their fields of possibility.

Coaching is for everyone, and Annika also loves coaching adults and those who do not identify as neurodiverse.

Progressive Education

Annika supports Hakuba International School, a progressive, international boarding school based in Hakuba, Japan. HIS offers year-long and summer programs centered on project-based learning, social-emotional learning, and outdoor education, with a focus on sustainability.

Please contact Annika or email info@hakuba-is.jp if you or your child have any interest in attending one of these programs.

We are never freer than when we refuse the situations before us as settled, and break the chains that entangle us, launching ourselves toward the imaginable.
